Ready short poem

The memories’ hands embrace me suffocating,
I feel like dying and the sadness’ body revives-
Phantasm haunting my territories…

It’s raining and I’m seeping through the grass,
Abandoning myself to a waiting of a sun
That might not rise for me tomorrow.

Destinations, that once longed for me,
Now closed the shutters,
But the flights from my heart,
Don’t want yet to be wrapped.

It’s raining and the night lays on my shoulders
The memory of so many roads unexplored,
But I have lost myself in my palm’s thickets roads.

Yet love has stuck its nails deep in my heart,
Painfully, more ferocious than the sadness,
So that, without regret or sorrow,
I’m ready for any destination…
