Incubus

Gazing lazy from the shadows lost in the thoughts of physical potential
I see you.
My heart skips beats as the implied safety of a rising and falling chest beckons my misdeeds.
Lunar stripes through plate glass expose your beauty in parallel ribbons, censoring your features
Temptation guides my eyes from yours to the form fitting camisole hugging your frame,
To the elastic waistband that forms the border underneath your navel and above a cotton covered canyon.
I watch as five familiar fingers delicately caress a forbidden fruit, the apple of my eye, dancing along the edge of violation and lust
I am the guardian of that which I seek to corrupt.
