Following My Heart

Following My Heart short poem

It’s been a long time,
I haven’t heard from you,
And I’m just not fine,
Because its midnight,
& I’m still waiting for you…!

I’ve never met you,
Yet I had the fall,
I said everything,
But not the words,

That mattered at all…!

If only life,

Wasn’t so cruel,
Instead of faking it,
We could have been together,
Holding on to each other…!

I’m just following my heart,
Because that’s what I’d been,
Doing right from the start…
Even though I know in the end,
I’ll just end up hurt…!!

My Heart Loves You

My Heart Loves You short poem

My heart loves you Was it not some time ago, My heart was like a rock? An impenetrable fortress, With steep cliffs at its side, A distance land, Far away, From where no ordinary soul, Would dare to reside? I
