Dream Cloud

Dream Cloud short poem

why dream cloud you hang so low?
are all my dreams too much to hold?
all my dreams they rain on me.
it storms tonight so carelessly.
the wind sings songs like symphoines.
then thunder and lighting are drowned out.
from quakes of broken beats the hearts in doubt.
i want to make for my sake
bear another storm, alive or awake.
i wanna pass the storm
watch me sail right through the norm.
i wanna sleep through flooded tears
to save myself from painful years.
it takes too long to build dream clouds
when love only comes once around.
