Emancipated Mania

Emancipated Mania short poem

In a manic trance
May seem insane at first glance
But in truth I broke the bonds
I am no longer society’s pawn

My purpose here is clear
Emancipation from the fear
Sever these shackles that bind
The ones transgression left behind

Be a light in this deep darkness
And ignite the long lost’s torches
Love and forgive the heartless
Granting mercy to the remorseless
