Observation prose poem

When you think you have beauty in your life and it is taken
When you think a world is born of your own mind’s eye; creation
When lies are the commonest words spoken without deprecation
When the dark nights become your only truest salvation
When you believe in two hearts becoming one in love’s manifestation
When I lie on a beach and hear the waves of the ocean in total concentration
When I see the tropical birds in many colours on a tree in congregation
When you walk with your thoughts and realise that living is just an observation

I am a poet through and through and anyone that tells you different you must deny it and slap them across the face very roughly indeed. I love the normal things in life and turning them into mysterious meaningful emotionally attached fascinating object or subjects.

True Peter but when observing you can gain an inner peace
and see the beauty around one. Your poem reminds me to observe
more these days.
