No Gods

No Gods prose poem

In a fleeting moment of your life you will make a decision that changes your life forever
Remember that moment and you can see into the other future you would have led
A memory of one’s self is a striking moment of pure clarity and yet can destroy what you may discover
Write down important parts of your life to put the pieces into an assumption that you made the right choice
A thousand times different choices would have been better
We live with these choices to remember that sometimes choices are made by endeavour
A person lives and dies in the same breath but in between we inhale the truth and the lies and then exhale what we are to believe are the memories we take on our own or more importantly together
This life you lead is led and misled guided by forces you can never understand and can never change because you are a slave to your past, when it starts at the beginning then every single day it becomes you’re undeniable point of departure.

I am a poet through and through and anyone that tells you different you must deny it and slap them across the face very roughly indeed. I love the normal things in life and turning them into mysterious meaningful emotionally attached fascinating object or subjects.
