Tummy Ache short poem

Rumbling thunder in my tummy
But the food was so yummy
Butterflies may be having a war
They are in there, black as tar

Could have been the veal
Only that the stomach cannot reveal
I wish I hadn’t had a meal
Because this sickness is a raw deal

This could be the end of me
The twist of intestines pains me
I would cry if it could help me
This tummy has turned against me
