Purity withheld no longer
when ultimately, the flame
of innocence within me
diminished the spark
which once I possessed
with great reverence from.

Ages demanded ultimately
for the purity I profaned;
what would I pay back and forth
for the esteem damned.
can the honour for me
uphold in you until now?
