moderation is my key.
So grab a jug of H2O,
an iPod will help too.
No excuses but just get up and go,
then marvel the miles that flew low.
Moment by moment step at a time,
quell those cravings pay them no mind.
Focus on a future much trimmer,
and eat food to live fitter.
Staring at that brand new scale,
the numbers are right and true,
it is not wrong, it did not break,
those pounds are really on you.
Wishing won’t whittle off one pound,
but pastry will put one on.
So learn to use your juicer,
and stay out of junker .
Seek support for healthy choices,
gather round you kindred voices.
