Love

Love prose poem

Uploaded by Sakshi Pandey

How mesmerising it is to have you infront of me,
How loving it feels when you play with my hair,
There is nothing more addictive than your caring embrace,
There is no other fragrance better than yours that I wear.

Your love is the cure to all my pains,
How to define you!
Sometimes I wonder,
I get no words to bind your love.

In your arms I feel like a Queen,
Free from worries and away from this world so mean,
Your love has always been my strength,
But still one fear hits my brain.

I don’t know what the future beholds,
I don’t know the plot destiny has decided,
All I know is I can’t lose you,
Coz you hold a part of my soul.

My heart skips a beat when your fingers run over my skin,
How perfect I become when you hold me.
O! Heaven if you hear my cry,
Let these emotions not be an illusion and a lie,
Let my love live years of glory,
Let my love shine in the pages of history,
May it not die to the time’s sickel,
And be an evershining mark on which even the death surrenders.

Fail In Love

Fail In Love short poem

She was a traveling soul. The galaxy resting above her nose. I’d sit & stare. Wondering where the stars would go next. Both young & in love I let go. Tracing together swirls of color. The planets all together aligned.

Please take my hand, for I am blind. I’ve lost my path and my sense of touch. I’ve fallen, for my hands and feet are behind. Please let me hear, for all is in a hush. My wrist and ankles
