Shopping Goes Bonkers

Shopping Goes Bonkers short poem

Dad are you and mom
Going shopping to the new big Mall?
Here is my list, please get them all
A big Football,
A few stickers for the wall,
Energy drinks to make us grow tall,
Two racing electronic cars,
Cookies to fill the jars

Those sticky toffees,
Black like tar,
Two big chocolate nut and fruit bar,
If you can’t find any one of them,
Get me a Cricket kit,
I will settle for it
Give me that list
Here are some more
I had forgotten before

My friend needs Roller skates
So sad for him dad
He lives with his grandparents,
And driving them mad
For a good friend,
Its nothing at all
And if you can’t find one,
We will settle for Guns!
The door just went BANG..!!

I’ll be your light if the stars don’t glow I’ll be the breeze if the wind don’t blow Waiting for the moment when we come across I’ll hold your hand and never let you go. I’ll pace it up when

Life Goes On

Life Goes On short poem

We are all wayfaring travelers, Trudging down our separate roads, Hoping, wishing praying, Someone will come and share our load. There are sunburns on our shoulders, And blisters on our feet, We brave the wildest blizzards, And the scorching summer
