Look Into My Eyes

Look Into My Eyes short poem

Photo by dfuster74

Look into my eyes my Son and tell me what you see
Speak softly into my ear and tell me what you saw
Listen to what I say;
it’s what you saw in my eyes and heard from my lips
It’s riches of love of family
and pride you have given
You’ve heard expressed vision of your greatness yet to achieve
Not daunted or discouraged but determined
With honesty and goodness in your heart
you will achieve all good things
with greatness and kindness

From My Journals anxiety prose poem

The moon awaits eagerly in the same pedestal it ignited my passion. What lips, my lips have kissed, are long forgotten. The memories easily quickened as a few puddles along the way I voluntarily stepped in. What arms have lain
