Past

Past short poem

Photo by Vincepal

Recalling our happy times in our past days,
They aren’t as joyful as they were back then.

Wanting to go back,
And live the days of our youth.

Only to deepen the wound more,
As we try to remember.

The tears once shed are now a memory;
One to look back on from our time together.

Once looked upon in sadness,
Is now remembered happily as we move on.

Our sadness slowly disappears,
As our time does as well.
