About Life

About Life short poem

Uploaded by John Wayne

I have written to you,God,grand poet and mentor,
the living, extinct, prevailing wind and conscience of the universe,

the unwilling, abettor of natural calamities, and unjustifiable,
casual observer of human genocides among human assailants,

to take note of your neutrality,
having observe all these atrocities without any sympathies
and plead for your interventions,

we see vandals destroy ecosystems, whole species of
mammals and savannahs erased from your domain and hunted for extinctions,

whole animal papacy vanished before our eyes,

you could and would not show any diminutive concern,

millions beseeched your help,
a son to his father,

a hierarchy of woe and dismay among your subjects
and autocracies,

this should not happen at all,
this insensibilities,

as wind and air, breath and kind conscience prevail,
as holy veins articulate and celebrate your name in every
individual temples of cosmic consciousness,

grand us any clues, signs of this omnipotence.
