Paradise

Paradise short poem

Uploaded by Divine Ezioke

Dear mum,
Since the day I was small
Till the day I became tall
Since the day I began understanding things
Till the day I got my own wings
Your love has never fallen short
You have always been my support
I wish I could hold you and hug you every second
I just want to say thank you

For every time I have left you down
For every time I made you frown
You always find it in your heart to forgive me
Like a fool, sometimes I never realized the value of having a loving mother
I know you want me to be the best
I realize you want me to outshine the rest
I promise to be the best person I can be
I promise to be the winner that you see in me
I know you will always be my guide
And nothing can put our love to test
