It was early spring,
I wondered what it would bring.
A celestial then came outta the blue,
Left me with no clue,
Trappin’ me in a succulent trance,
Like the flushing meadows of France.
Her smile made the moon look bleak,
Oh Boy, you should listen to her speak.
Angelic, full of heavenly bliss,
Gosh, I wanted something just like this.
Oh you could cry to her shoulders,
Tainted troubles roll away like boulders.
I muttered to myself, “Always”,
And it echoed down the hallways.
Then time began to weave its magic,
’bout to make everything painfully tragic.
Leaves you wonderin’ how something so graceful,
Ends up leaving scars to your beautiful.
What do you do when some thing goes so soon,
When all you ever wanted was it to
Be with you through Bloom n’ gloom.
I miss you best friend, your uncanny charm,
That could fish yah’ outta any harm.
In my heart, you’re a bust of a princess,
Topped by a pearl tiara on a rosewood plinth,
You left me reeling in a bittersweet labyrinth.
