Love Or Pain!

Love Or Pain! short poem

My love,
We are like cats & dogs,
We no longer see eye to eye,
Always complaining about everything,
Our house is now a courtroom,
Cases that never end,
Only a judge is missing,
Tell me something my love,
Is this love or pain?

Our marriage is full of tests,
No rules, no guidelines,
A teacher is missing,
Somebody is got to help us,
I see the love we had in your eyes,
Only it’s dying day by day,
I can’t say I do as I used to,
The pain is extremely devastating,
They say pain kills love,
How true, I’m yet to find out

My love,
They say monuments fall,
War comes & goes,
We are born & we die,
Nations are built but perish,
We are young, and then grow old,
Sad then happy,
Beautiful, handsome, then full of wrinkles,
But my love,
Love never changes,
It endures everything,
Glowing as it was,
In the very first time,
It touched our hearts,
Let’s not use argument to hurt love,
Love shouldn’t become pain.

Pain Of Elegy short poem
