If Tomorrow Never Comes

If Tomorrow Never Comes short poem

Uploaded by Himakshi Nandwani

Said you’ll see her tomorrow,
When all she hoped, was for you to hold her a moment longer…

You thought you’d make it up to her next time,
When all she craved for, is your time…

You gave her your word;
What better day to have kept it, if not…

You thought one of these days, it’ll magically fall in place!
Why not put an effort,

So, you tell her, you love her?
Why don’t you make her believe it…?

Because if tomorrow never comes,
It won’t really matter…or will it?
Well, who’s to tell…?
