Truth

Heated argument insults
flying, blaming denying
openly crying,
perfectly constructed
a natural born lair you are!

Knowing just how to
twist that knife
this tale has become your life
with shutters you walk
with rehearsals you talk
unjustified lies you enforce
this make believe, be gone from me!

It is undeniable, yet your
argument rises higher than
the waves beyond the point of
unreachable contact.
Forever you are denying
your hand in this yet you are satisfied?

Forevermore you sit to debate
the un debatable,
accept your hand in this!
The mirror reflects
even the darkest shadows
hiding from the truth.
