Doomed

Doomed short poem

Doomed’

With an explosion of
meteors crashing
into a toxic swamp
both planets were shocked
with the wave of unexpected
parasites
sending a stream of
anger through the new found land
through the sinking sand
a gem was found this
was the start of a friendship
that brought out even the silent
monsters from behind the snakes head
a friendship soon to be dead
as the mazes of the parasites
entered deep into the night
consumed the planets core
shutting this mighty door
glimmering lights soon
started to fade
leaving only hate
meteors once was now
burning into outer space
leaving without a trace
