Expectations short poem

Uploaded by muskaan bahl

Silent killer is what it is
Nothing is worse than this

Once it embeds itself in you
There is nothing that you can do

Inside you there is a voice
It speaks so loud you can’t avoid

Everytime it says something my heart dies a little
In between you and myself its me who suffers in the middle

My mistake is not that i love its that i expect
In return of respect i want respect

If I get a chance at redemption
I’ll only ask it for my expectation

You showed you can’t change
So I guess it’s me who’ll have to pretend

Pretend to be okay for our sake
Even if everytime a piece of my heart it takes

Maybe i will stop now
It not a easy mount

Maybe I have to realise its not me
Its just that for good you aren’t meant to be.

Expectations short poem

You love me and I love you too, I wish I could show you The Snow View. Where pinnacles of mountains, Are covered with the snow. Beautiful valleys full of scented flowers, Are so magnificent, etched in my mind’s bower. Yesterday
