Life Is Grey

Life Is Grey short poem

Neither the victim
nor the convict
I am the witness of my excruciating journey
I saw myself rising
I saw myself failing
I tended myself alone
sometimes even inflicted pain on my own self
selfish as I am called
I don’t care
I play the fool
to fool myself
to escape the desolation
my extravagant lavish life
full of brilliance and glory
hit the bottom and exploded
what remain is a hollow
untended void
which brings those spasmodic gust of pain and tears
and these never ending night
scattered in my sky
white is what’s gone
black is what’s left
I die everyday bit by bit
suppressing sobs within
but life has to go on
so I move ahead
but in this whole conflict
between what is what
I turned grey
agony and happiness
tears and smiles
go side by side
in every life
and acceptance of this truth
is the only way to live the life

I rouse from the lap of ocean.. rose up down now and than… flew on on the wings of clouds.. walk play and commit many fouls… Collide with mighty mountains.. feeling cavalier..without any pain… a sudden my tears rushing down
