Forgiveness

Forgiveness short poem

Photo by Hamed Saber

Who are forgivers?
Forgiveness belongs to
those with a big heart,
people of a strong heart, and
powerful in mind;
ambassador of peace and
jocund,
those with heart of kindness
and people with milk of
benediction.

Can you forgive?
Yes!
You can forgive,
forgiveness-lightens heart’s load,
detoxify heart of anger, bitterness,
rivalry, jealousy, and enmity;
forgiveness uninstall needless,
create more space and room
in heart for noble ventures.

Should I Forgive-
forgiveness sets mind free
from poison,
purifies the soul,
cleanses blood,
recreates the mind,
spare bones of rottenness,
removes anxiety and hate,
but replace the garbage
with love;
the thread of friendship,
it makes stronger
enmity and war,
it banishes.

Should I forgive?
Yes-benefits of forgiveness
are limitless,
unnecessary barriers it ends,
laughter and happiness are
fruits it bears,
positive and productive live,
forgivers enjoy;
forward looking-the share of
forgivers-
society-forgivers turn to a
safe haven and oasis of love,
where old, young, adults
males, females, children
bask in joy, live in trust,
share together,
be brothers and sisters keeper.

Can you forgive-yes-
Should you forgive-yes-
May I forgive-yes-
Because forgivers stand to
be forgiven.

Forgive! Forgive! Forgive!
