Four

Four short poem

Seeking you,
We endure,
These daily trials,
Brutal and unforgiving.
We pursue you,
In our thoughts,
In our prayers,
We ask for you.
As these ordeals,
Better us,
We descend,
Coveting you.
There was never
Any hope
Nor salvation.
There is only you.
As I fall further,
The dream of you
Brings peace,
Brings solace.
As the pain comes,
So do you,
Protecting and defending,
Me.
I promise,
To yield,
The moment you appear.
For, I have waited,
Lifetimes.

Four Feathers

Four Feathers long poem

Tied at the four corners, Knotted so tight, Unable to disentangle, Nauseated they feel, The Four feathers. Flowing tresses in the wind, Blowing in the wondrous spring, Balancing toes with the sing, Spreading arms to enfold, The moments to devour;
