I languish between talks all banal but hearty
I hold my head down for all of it to pass
To hit those looking to do some more of it
This time with a smile, and come again at me
I fear a whiplash
The irony of the state is too frivolous to be unearthed
And at best let aside
But the hardest of all is to remain unscathed
Amidst chaos of fruitious types..
Neither do I look for silence that renders a mourner’s state
Nor do I have ears for noise that burns the mind before
But search for calm that aspires to hold truce
With a mind that unintentionally leapt too far away…,
