Gigantic

Gigantic short poem

Uploaded by Jamin Benjamin

Abandon my fleeing heart,
Whistling on roads a part,
Stop me if I’m wrong,
Carve me up with sharp songs,
Restraint can lie,
And subsequently so can I.

Perception in loss,
Victories in some too,
Loving you is gigantic,
But never as much as missing you.

When the sun sets,
And no candle can replace it,
The moons eclipsed,
And no darkness can make it,
When you love like this,
And no element can change it.
Loving you is immense,
And missing you is gigantic.

Implausible and plausible,
One and the same,
I still turn my head,
When sounds resemble your name,
Impossible and possible,
A moving tribute enough,
To make me plausible,
To become power through love.

Forever unbreakable the link,
Ever so strong except the weak,
Unbreakable chains still sink,
Dropped from the highest peak,
Impossible and possible,
A moving tribute enough,
To make me plausible,
To become power through love.
