Suffering In Sunlight

Suffering In Sunlight short poem

I love the rain,
The way it falls.
It’s just so pleasant to listen to.

The sound it makes,
As if it calls.
Begging me to come to you.

But it’s not the rain
Which makes me sad.
The sunny days cause me much strife.

Because it was
Such a sunny day,
When you were torn out of my life.
