Contagious Contentment

Contagious Contentment short poem

I am not here to change the world.
Yet I want to change you.
And make you fly high.

My smiles are on discount
And it’s free for you.
You better smile back at me
Trust me it won’t cost you a penny
But it will set you free from your agony.

Let’s be serene
In the midst of catastrophe
Let’s make the world tranquil
And you be the restless jovial.

Let’s plague one and all with bliss.
Let’s infuse serenity infectious.
Let’s craft every second worth living.
Let’s die amused.

I've hated words n I've loved them. It was words that made me feel, Perhaps I was not completely alone. They could be honest with me, n I with them.
