Stupid Bird

Stupid Bird short poem

Uploaded by SUMIT NASKAR

“I am a bird, speaking from my cage.
It’s hard to live on stage.
Please leave me; leave me for God.
Why you chained me in this knot?
Have I harmed you, done you wrong
Or I please not, that you are pricking by fang?
See! You see me, I am crying.
Think your toy? Please leave me flying.
I want fly, and fly so high!
But I vault in cage with injured sigh!
Living on lies, forgetting peers
Where is wandering? All is tear!
Does it look good? Oh! You man!
With wingless wings live I can?”

Then a man of men has cage to come
And words who speaks of fluent run,
“Shut just up, you stupid bird.
Nonsense! Eat crops, decorate hub.”
