A Deep Rooted Invocation

A Deep Rooted Invocation short poem

Uploaded by Dr. Disha Khanna

I am a helpless abject soul,
Poisoned by my own karma.
I kneel down at God’s threshold
Fully aware God will surely hold.

God, I have nothing to offer you,
Except my being an aficionado.
Knowing of your popular benedictions
I ingrain strong conviction.

God, Your mercilessness is
the only ray of hope in extreme despair.
Lord, You are the supreme; with no comparison,
I pray thee; My Supreme Almighty!
Shower me a bucket brimming with- Confidence
Endeavouring spirit
Selflessness
And love for humanity

Amen!

Don’t look deep into my eyes, who knows what you find inside? Is it the dreams that I lovingly hide, or are some demons residing inside. Am too afraid to let you know, Even too scared to make the show.
