Unashamed Inhumanity

Unashamed Inhumanity long poem

Unashamed inhumanity has broken loose;
We can’t even get it on the mode of ‘snooze’.
Look, how it unveils the toxin,
Dripping us all over, with that venomous contagion.
The naked area is swollen, to the core.
The Doctor says,”I’m sorry! There’s no cure.”

Unashamed inhumanity has torn apart,
Not only the body but also the heart.
The body has now fallen into pieces
And the heart in innumerable slices.
The body is scarred.
The soul is marred.
The cries, long back, have died down.
Unashamed inhumanity is standing there, laughing as if a clown!

Unashamed inhumanity has ended it all.
A sin graver than the Eternal ‘Fall’.
The dreams and aspirations have already shattered;
For them, yet, nothing actually mattered.
The dance of victory is for them;
While we are bound within that frame of indelible ‘Shame’!

Unashamed INHUMANITY is running wild,
leaving none; Not the adult, not the innocent child.
The body has turned into a bluish hue;
It’s spreading fast, leaving us with the least clue;
Run, Run away before it gets hold of you…

I am student and my passions are ever directed towards the literary front. I love rhymes and do not love them,too! I want people to derive joy from all kinds of rhymes as well as free verse... hence, I write in both... Hope you'll enjoy these pieces of absurdities!
