Angry Eagle

Angry Eagle short poem

Loyal to the mount and the sky above
The Eagle really only wants to soar high
On the wings of love
Oh but lest he be provoked he can be your
Worst enemy or your worst nightmare…
He is a force to be reckoned with I swear
Now he is fast on your heels moving in for
The kill because you brought death and
Destruction to his star spangled paradise
Well that wasn’t very wise now you’re in
For some big, big trouble and there ain’t no
Where you can run or hide, there’s no way
Now you’ll make it out of this alive…
Yeah you’re gonna regret the day you
Were ever born ‘cuz there’s nothing like
An American eagle scorned…
He wants nothing but peace but you’re
Gonna pay for what you’ve done. So you
Better get ready ‘cuz here he comes and
You will surely beg for mercy, unlike the mercy
You showed us; here he comes like a terrible
Storm above, a dark winged shadow over
Your head and you won’t know what hit you
Before your rivers run red and you are dead…
You’re gonna regret the day you were ever
Born ‘cuz there’s nothing like an American
Eagle scorned…
He wants nothing but peace but he knows
Sometimes there has to be a time for war
If you wanna live in peace and so now
Here comes the ANGRY EAGLE fast on your
Heels, moving in for the kill!

Eagle’s Rendezvous

Eagles Rendezvous short poem

On the shorelines of the Adam’s River, Bald and golden Eagles from near and far line the meandering river’s embankments. Salmon struggling upstream to spawn. Chancing the elements. Bald and golden eagles are screaming in delight, as they eloquently glide

Let Us Draw An Angry Bison

Let Us Draw An Angry Bison short poem

And when we walk into the twilight gold, if we do I’ll tell you tales of battles lost and won In hospital corridors. Of teeth chattering grit And diligent fear, That rises like seawater From toenails. And when I talk

The Ballad Of The Frightened Eagle

The Ballad Of The Frightened Eagle ballad

You’ll often see them running and chasing across the plains, a rabbit skipping and laughing at an eagle, in great pains. But why’s the eagle running, surely he can fly? Sadly he’s afraid of heights and frightened he may die.
