Fate short poem

A young girl stood tall
But was ready to fall
A young boy stood strong
But had been for too long
Little did they know
A plan was made long ago
They were to be an earthquake
They were to make their love shake
Together they gave it their all
Together they were to stand tall
They loved with all they had
Even when times were bad
But when the secret came out
And the voices began to shout
Reality set in
There time was at its end
A young woman fought for the boy
A young man turned his back
And only left his tracks
On the woman that fought for them
But he was too terrified
No matter what she tried
A hand print was made
It was never to fade
He was made a liar
And a love that was once on fire
Went out like a light
All for one fight
