You’re My Hero

Youre My Hero long poem

Youre My Hero long poemPhoto by ribzy

Well and you are one of a kind
There’s no one in the world like you
I know ‘cuz you lift me up so high
When I’m down so low…
That’s why you’re My Hero and I
Know I ain’t got nothing to fear
When you are around ‘cuz
Not even the Lone Ranger has
Nothing on you and not even
Superman can do the things you do,
You’ve saved me from myself many
Countless times don’t you know?
That’s why you’re My Hero!
What in the world would I do?
Without you, you are my saving
Grace quite surely,
God must have known I would come
To need you and sent you to me
Now there’s no shadow of a doubt,
No real reason to be afraid with you
In my life everything will always
Work its way out ‘cuz
You’re My Hero, my friend and
My hero, don’t you know…
You have saved me from myself
Many countless times and allowed
Me to live to see another tomorrow
That’s why you’re my Hero,
Yes You Are My Hero!
