A beautiful rose

To those who enjoy the smell of its fragrance and admire its beauty
A rose will always display its charming looks and delicious aroma which only a rose holds uniquely
And to those looking to pluck it, devour it or destroy it
It will inflict the most painful of all pricks and make them just want to beat it
For it saves its enchanting smell, looks and delicious nectar only for the busy bees
Who with their long proboscis will carry their pollen to other roses as far away as the eye sees
So savor its smell, beauty and softness of its petals
But never pluck it, cut it and put it in crystal vessels
Or it will last but only days in glass containers
And never to return, it forever perishes
This is only nature’s way of showing us how precious life is
Nurture life, give it water and provide food and it rewards you eternally with the most precious beauty
Cut down, kill it or try to captivate it and it will unleash the most violent fury
So let’s try preserve this earth like the beautiful rose
And ever so long enjoy and profit from its great vitality and beauty so grandiose.
