I Need Tears Tonight short poem

I Need Tears Tonight short poemUploaded by Gee Cee

I need tears tonight,

For my heart has stopped beating,
It floats easy in pages am reading,
Like every choir needs a leading,
My pain grows numb never receding,

I need tears tonight,

To make me feel again,
Without them I will pick no grain,
Without them all I want is in vain,
Like dry paper against heavy rain,

I need tears tonight.
