Unconscious Mind. short poem

Unconscious Mind. short poemUploaded by Zara Khan

I asked him what is it that you like in me
He answered
I wouldn’t say like
I’d say I fancy you,
You test me everyday
And for us each day is a struggle
But when it passes I am glad to see you by my side
You tease me
You push me to the core
You unravel parts of me I had yet not discovered
You’re ravishing yet insightful
I don’t want to impress you yet I’d go to any extent just to see you smile
When we’re apart I don’t miss you, but there is a tear in my heart which reminds me that you’re a part of me and I am not capable of missing you because I can’t let you go.
Because I need you !
