Suffering.. short poem

Uploaded by Zara Khan

I didn’t expect you to care
When at nights my throat would get choked with your memories
And my tears would wet my shirt
When my hands pressed my mouth so that no one could hear me crying
Because I didn’t want anyone to think I was weak
And I wasn’t
I was dying
Every memory that I had of you
Your smile,your face,your hands
Kept following me
I had no where to go
So I ran,far away.So that even if I died,your memories didn’t have to suffer.
