Fight short poem

Sometimes you realise you’re stronger than you thought,
In hindsight you can surely see,
The person that you are and all but had forgot,
Lost sight of the person you could be.

No matter in life whatever dragged you down,
You always dragged yourself up,
The strength you showed not staying on the ground
You fought back and never gave up!

So much in you that’s been an oversight,
Much more than you had ever thought,
You put on your gloves, ready to fight,
For all you that knew you were not.

I remembered a quote I’d read somewhere,
It assured me my hope’s never gone,
It told me to always to be so aware,
Of why I had held on so long.

It’s safe to say that I’ve shocked some of them,
That thought alone makes me smile,
I always knew that one day then,
I’d see that my fight was worthwhile

I know I’m going to get there, I can feel it in my soul, I have to keep on walking because I can see my goal, Where once it was misguided and so far left behind, I see my dreams

Let your voice be your chosen weapon. Not guns that cause destruction. Pursue objective through negotiations, Sorrow’s not a solution. Speak, do not become destructive. Stop destroying and burning buildings. Respect life; don’t take it from others. Drop your weapons;

Fight Back

Fight Back short poem

Terror is tumbling down to the Earth, The trees are trembling in fear. The nature’s crying the birth cry, And its raining at the top gear. Thunder is striking so violent, Window panes hitting each other. Everyone’s trying to save

Anticipation hung in the air, The crowd chanting his name, Ding ding….. Fists flying, punches pounding, Sweat dripping, feet dancing. Nervous sensations rising, Knotting tighter with an adrenaline cocktail, Ding ding…. Tension grows like lightening strikes, Heads duck, arms jabbing with
