Je T’aime

Je Taime long poem

Uploaded by Maxwell Shaw

The girl

Was so hurt and confused that she let her

Own mistakes become her best friend

They would do everything together

And never let go of each other

Through good and bad they somehow

Found themselves at ease with their

Own presence

She would often shed tears of a angel

But have the heart of a devil

So many would often question the very

Context of her heart

Even herself until one day she came across a odd boy

That changed her very whole universe

His smile was as bright as the snow on Christmas Day

His charm was smoother than ice

His heart was so warm that even the sun

Shone upon him so brightly

But it wasn’t any of the things that came with him

That blew her mind it was his touch it was

So gentle towards others

Animals, plants, children things alike

The boy even admitted his flaws and carried them proudly on his shoulder

His vision was crystal

Time after time she would do & say harmful things to the boy

To push him away as if they were the sun and the moon

But the boy would stay because he promised the girl from

The beginning that he would never let go of his rose

No matter how many thorns came along

His love for her was eternal

But the fact that she did everything in her power to

Keep the boy away

Made the boy think he needed to change himself

When in reality the boy soon realized he needed to be patient

Because with time comes growth

And through growth

A rose emerges from the concrete.

Je Suis Charlie short poem

You don’t know what I’m thinking, can’t see the cinematheque inside my head where horrible and beautiful images collide, a claquement that generates everything I say, everything I write just because I can’t draw an image, because my line is
