Fictional Island

Fictional Island short poem

I’ll build an island.
Away from the home
where I was born.
Away from the seas and oceans.
Far to the galactic ridges of confer.
Houses made up of lively lives.
Where love is not lust
But lust makes you sense
‘Love’.
Where high rise buildings
are hopes of never naked fortune.
Where recession was never discovered,
buried down the cancerous oceans
for long and long tills the dooms shade.
Where life is colours
Waving through the pallets
Of artists.
Yawning to the colourless fumes.
Where the aves sing,
binding melodies confiscating happiness.
No more solitary.
like the other world.
Where they are free to fly.
Discovering dances all through the air.
Where they smile
because bullets were a never seen day dream
Neither a night-mare.
I’ll build up an island
away from the rebukes of never ending antagonists.
Where mates metamorphic-ally emerge
For tireless love.
Sexuality never discovered.
Thought processes born
to that of 2060’s.
Where gender, caste, religion is a mystery.
Never tortured to turmoil,
like the other world.
Where life braces happiness.
Stimulating agony to the other world.
I’ll build up
A life
Where love is poignant
And scribbling sets it free …
