And She Was Lost..

And She Was Lost.. short poem

Uploaded by naseeragardezi

She did know what she felt in a moment
She was overjoyed and heartsick at the same time

She would never tell how she perceived
She would stay quiet, calm and decided to keep it to herself

She had lost immensely and gained very limited
She would never feel good enough for anyone,
not even for her own self

she would smile
She would act like everything was pleasant
but she knew she was living a lie behind her smile, she held a broken heart

She would forget over and over again just because she was afraid to lose someone
who was too blind to see her real worth

She expected too much and never learned to let go
she got attached too fast and when the time came a part of her was gone too

and all those promises which she believed were gone in the blink of an eye
and she lingered and lingered but he never came

The Sea Soaked She And The Sun

The Sea Soaked She And The Sun ode

Away from the crowd She whispered her tale. To the cresting waves, To the frothy foam, To the flying seagulls, They knew her soul. They were waiting for her To wash her heart. She left the remains, She was carrying
