A Condition Called – Love

A Condition Called Love short poem

It happens with everyone,
And it happened with me too,
Someone with a cute smile walked in my life,
Now all my dreams started to woo
I know him by face, by chats, by his voice,
How lucky I am to have him around,
Thanking God every moment for gifting me his best choice,
Like a Cinderella I feel now,
Oh! No! It was till now,
All of a sudden that turned to Oh! WOW!
The longing of all these years suddenly came to an end,
Now I have a new job for myself to mend,
He speaks but speaks less,
And I speak too much that sometimes create a lot of mess!
No wonder now I feel new and revised,
It feels awesome to see him looking at me through the dream crevice,
As they say, “when you are in love, you LIVE more”
I can vouch for this now and can adore.
How sweet is the feeling when love surrounds us?
No one can reply this except for those in love around US!
Somewhere in my school did I read that opposites always ATTRACT!
How beautiful it is to know that this lesson is now my life’s real FACT!
I used to think that the people in love are really mad!
Now that it happened with me, all I can say is, it was me who sounded like a mad!
Everything in life comes at a cost and a reply,
No matter what, there is always a clause followed better known as a – conditions apply!
Mine too was the case of love,
For me the condition ITSELF WAS LOVE!
