That Day

That Day short poem

Uploaded by Riya Shah

Stepping in with smile on your lips
Hundreds already dreamed of a new relationship!
One of them was surely she
But didn’t have the courage to express her love plea

Seriously, who would date a shy, silent, reticent!
Though decent but many times an infant
You came near, caught her staring up there
“What should I do next ” she thinks while standing numb and unaware

“You look beautiful” he described
Those worlds in her head were now forever subscribed!
All she said was “You look the same”
Ending the conversation with words which were almost lame!

‘The lame moment’ was not the first time
But what could she do? She was in love with him, all the time!

That’s what love is guys,
It’s unconditional.
Or whatever it maybe;
But it’s never dull!

Doom’s Day short poem

The rapture was on prowl to get the believers. You knew what you should not have known about the baby blue. Aphasia, experiences an impulsive violence, beyond the dead. Bionic hands to capture the moment of swapping uremia with swastika.
