My Secret Place

My Secret Place long poem

Uploaded by Tyesia Taylor

My secret place is condensed by the deepness of the everglades,
mixed with boldness of green Arabic sparks.
My secret place is a place of comfort, a place of trust.
Remembrance follows my innermost dreams.
A place I can call my own where I can be alone.
My secret place body is made like a ship with ear sticking out into the wind.
It has the interior of sandy beaches as it comforts my tender skin.
My secret place let me grip the apple of its eye while it guides me along my darkest path.
My secret place shines on one side while the other side shatters with the mist of pain.
My secret place gathers its warmth within my body and my soul
while it’s grasping for the touch of my spirit.
A place I can feel whole.
A place that can make me be bold.
My secret place has a scare on its left side that represents the pain I have within my heart.
The suffering I feel when I lay my head down to rest.
When all I feel is confusion in my soul, I think of my secret place.
My secret place shines at its feet while been wrapped in thick black leather.
My secret place has a code for trust, loyalty, and understanding.
ED08B1 is its code.
E stands for the eagerness I have to capture my destiny to love.
D stands for destiny because it is my destiny to find peace and happiness.
8 stand for eight weeks of pain and suffering.
B stands for beautifulness within me inside and out.
1 stands for one more step to glory to overcome my drastic struggles.
My secret place is where I feel safe.
My secret place is a place where no one can find me a place that seems so far.
My secret place is better known as my car.

I tried to trace the path to your secret place but I lost my way as your were hiding in your car. Good attempt Ms Tyesia Taylor. Keep it up.
