A Journey Called Life

A Journey Called Life short poem

Sitting by the riverside,
As I ponder upon,
The best times spent,
How I wish those moments,
Those endless talks,
With the most amazing folks,
Could be relived once again,
Just as the river flows by,
And the bush aside quivers,
With silver eyes,
And the melodious chirping,
Of birds with camoflagued feathers,
Heralding the advent of rain,
Indicating change in the season of life,
The people who used to be around,
Are miles away, paving the way,
For a new life to look forward to,
For new faces and new experiences,
New city with lots of changes,
For some amazing challenges,
And some exhaustive brainstorming,
To overcome those, but the new life,
Howsoever I am fine with it,
I definitely miss those times,
Those best people,
Who stood by in all times,
Good or Bad, Happy or Sad,
And steered the most happening part,
Of this beautiful journey called LIFE.

Life could indeed be a journey, @Paras Joshi, towards a destination, although many are in disagreement as to what. And as we pass along the pathway, like the water of the river that flows, scenes passed could not be relived again. Interesting poem. You surely have a way with descriptions, with interesting passages. And may we suggest that you make use of other punctuation marks aside from commas?
