If Not For Her

If Not For Her short poem

Uploaded by Ramapriya Nr

He was in turmoil after series of
failures he encountered in all
walks of life at mid way of his life

Chance meeting her and exchanging
glances each other ensured that
they were caught trapped in the
formidable and durable Love net

But for her entry in his life
He would have lost all zeal to Live

Her mere presence made him feel
the fragrance of flowers of spring

Her moon like smiling face ensured
no need of torch even in darkness
as for him her face looked so glowing

He felt Her non entry into his life
would have been like getting stranded
mid way over the sea without reaching the shore

Even the mere wave of sea lashing at the edge of the shore
could have drowned him ,if she had not entered his life

An entry of a Loving woman in his life
ensured he could fight all odds to conquer
the failures and bounce back to live a zestful life
