Dance Of The Cobra

Dance of the Cobra
In the shadow of a
Supernova
Somewhere in the
Mist of the Sea
Desire encircling
You and me
The smell of you is
Intoxicating and has me
Rising to the occasion
Tonight as do
Your eye’s putting me
Into a trance
Oh my heart, oh what a
Charmer playing with
Fire in a wicked delight
You dare the fates
Daring me to take the
Chance!
This is dangerous but
Here goes throwing all
Caution to the wind
As the storm on the
Horizon flashes once
Again you make your
Move enticing me to
Surrender my body to
You
In the shadow of a
Supernova
Somewhere in the
Mist of the Sea
Desire encircling
You and me!

Of course, a love poem but an exceptional one of the genre. Intense passion swells, A charmer of unusual nature.

Wounded Dance

Wounded Dance short poem

A rock becomes a philosopher. Refuses to move looking at the stars. Rogue shirts were walking on the clouds of unknowing. I wanted to remove all the clocks. Who was stealing the water? Secret of life? Impiety had undone the

Life, Who can’t dance to your tunes? Today you make us smile, Tomorrow the pain is unbearable, The day after that, We are filthy rich, A month later, We cannot afford three meals a day… What game are you playing
