Dry Albedo

Dry Albedo short poem

Your scintillating albedo, enters my soul,
Pouring your smell, splendid in dole,
Love’s act of mime, in shadowy cloud,
My soul speaks lie, seeking you aloud,
Dreary your play, tests my patience,
Your shadow forwards, your eclipsing cadence,
Veiling the glow, you disguise your presence,
I advance my hand, you smirk in offence,
And calmly proclaim, of your filthy crime,
I trust your deception, but every time,
You come my love, yet to leave,
My soul misses you, and floods to bereave,
I am a dead lover of your dreams,
Your fragrant voice, and breath’s breeze,
But you transform, so many shapes,
In my love, your shadow is draped,
Your shadow comes along, denying my existence,
Yet making me alive, and blessing my essence.

As the dry leaf came down from the binding roots the breeze lifted it and took it in its lair .. and laid it amidst the densest green … there to rest … when… there came a momentary storm that
